
Grace Gardiner, Founding Attorney
Grace Gardiner is the founding attorney of Gardiner and Associates, with extensive experience in immigration law, serving clients across South Florida. She has been admitted to multiple courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Throughout her career, she has represented clients in deportation defense, green card applications, and naturalization cases. Her background also includes work as a public defender and prosecutor, providing her with a well-rounded legal foundation.
Attorney Gardiner started her own law practice, Gardiner and Associates, Attorneys at Law, in Texas in 2002. In 2004, she was admitted to the Tennessee Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
She has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2005, helping her stay up to date with new laws and procedures. In 2006, she was admitted to the United States Supreme Court.
Attorney Gardiner was also admitted to the Minnesota State Bar and the U.S. District Court of Minnesota in 1998. While in law school, she represented immigration clients facing deportation and removal, as well as individuals applying for green cards or naturalization through the school’s immigration clinic.
In 1999, she was admitted to the Kentucky Bar. From 1998 to 2000, she worked as both a Public Defender and Prosecutor (Assistant County Attorney) in Paducah, Kentucky, handling criminal cases. From 2001 to 2002, she worked with East Texas Legal Services.
